What To Expect - 6 Steps to Success

We start with a brief video call to discuss your property and your goals. Before the call, we’ll send you a short list of questions to help guide our discussion.

We will provide you with information to make informed decisions about how you want to proceed. We will ask for a 12-month history of the property’s performance. If you don’t have monthly financial reports and maintenance records, DON’T WORRY. Altus Residential is here to meet you where you are.

3. Establish Property Goals
We work together to set goals for the property. Using available data and our industry insights, we’ll set ambitious, but achievable goals.

4. Create A Property-Specific Business Plan
Altus Residential will use the information shared to create a business plan specific to your property and your goals. The business plan typically takes about 7 days to create.

5. Refine Business Plan
Once you’ve reviewed the business plan, we’ll have a follow-up conversation to answer any questions, clarify the strategy, and make any necessary revisions.
